Our Process

City Pest Control protects the health and property of all of our customers' homes. We have been providing quality, dependable residential services since 1991. Our residential services are designed to control household pests. This includes treating all areas throughout the inside of the home that can harbor insect pests, as well as around the perimeter of the home and garage.
We provide an initial treatment to eliminate current pest problems, followed by a maintenance program (Monthly, Bi-monthly or Quarterly) to keep pest under control. This service is guaranteed for the control of Cockroaches, ants, silverfish, scorpions, mice and rats depending on the frequency of our follow-up visits.
City Pest Control also offers exclusion services to help prevent pests from entering your home.

With certified applicators in the categories of Pest Control, Termite, Lawn and Ornamental, Aquatic and Terrestrial Weed Control, we can effectively handle all of your commercial pest control needs. City Pest Control complies with all regulations and guidelines set forth by the TDA/Texas Structural Pest Control Services including integrated pest management (IPM).
We conduct an initial inspection, followed by recommendations and treatment to control your immediate pest problems. Our maintenance service is scheduled Monthly, Semi-Monthly or Bi-Monthly depending upon your needs.
